BOOKING POLICY
Please read our policy before booking your appointment!

Cancellation must be 48 hours before your appointment. Due to the online processing fee, your refund will be $28.83. $1.17 is for the refund processing fee. Thank you for understanding.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE - You must cancel your appointment with 24 hour notice or you will lose your deposit. You have 48 hours to reschedule or lose your deposit.
SAME DAY CANCELLATION/NO SHOW - You will lose your deposit & charged the full amount for your service.
DEPOSITS - All deposits for lash services are $30 and will go towards your scheduled appointment. You can lose your deposit if you don't follow the policy above. You may use the deposit at your appointment or use it to book the following appointment.
COMPLIMENTARY FIXES - You have 3 days to reach out to your lash tech about any abnormal lash shedding. Anything after will be an additional fee.
LATE POLICY - You have a 15 minute grace period. Showing up later than 15 minutes will result in cancellation/rescheduling. You will lose your deposit and be asked for a new deposit if you don't reschedule within 48 hours.
