Service Description
A patch test is to see if you're allergic or have any type of reaction to the lash adhesive. Its a 30-45 minute service. Your lash artist will apply 15-20 classic lashes on both eyes. You'll keep them on for 24 hours and if you don't form any type of reaction, you're good to book a full set! If you book an appointment for a full set within 3 days from the patch test, the $50 WILL go towards your service. If the full set is booked after 4+ days from the patch test, it WILL NOT go towards the full set; because a few of the lashes will have shed within that time. However, if you do have a bad reaction, we'll remove the lashes within 24 hours.
Cancellation Policy
You must give us 24-48 hour notice in advance to reschedule so we can get someone else on the waiting list to fill in your appointment slot. Cancellation must be done within 24-48 hours if you don’t want to lose your deposit. Same day cancellation will result in losing your deposit. NO CALL/NO SHOWS if we don’t hear from you & you don’t show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged for the 50% OF THE SERVICE you booked for. You will not be able to schedule in the future if you don’t follow our policy. Thank you.
