Remaining balance is due in cash. Cancellation within 48 hours before your appointment. Due to online processing fee, your refund will be $28.83. $1.17 is for the refund processing fee. Thank you for understanding. Must have 40% of lashes remaining to be considered a fill.
Cancellation Policy
You must give us 24-48 hour notice in advance to reschedule so we can get someone else on the waiting list to fill in your appointment slot. Cancellation must be done within 24-48 hours if you don’t want to lose your deposit. Same day cancellation will result in losing your deposit. NO CALL/NO SHOWS if we don’t hear from you & you don’t show up ti your scheduled appointment, you will be charged for the FULL SERVICE you booked for. You will not be able to schedule in the future if you don’t follow our policy. Thank you.
