Service Description
Remaining balance is due in cash. Cancellation within 48 hours before your appointment. Due to online processing fee, your refund will be $28.83. $1.17 is for the refund processing fee. Thank you for understanding. Lash removal is a 30 min to 1 hour session depending on the amount of lashes you have on.
Cancellation Policy
You must give us 24-48 hour notice in advance to reschedule so we can get someone else on the waiting list to fill in your appointment slot. Cancellation must be done within 24-48 hours if you don’t want to lose your deposit. Same day cancellation will result in losing your deposit. NO CALL/NO SHOWS if we don’t hear from you & you don’t show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged for the 50% OF THE SERVICE you booked for. You will not be able to schedule in the future if you don’t follow our policy. Thank you.
